Resum

Currently, a large part of university students use ICT in their studies, as well as in training and leisure activities. An improper use of them can affect your academic performance and psychological well-being, and you may even develop an internet addiction. Phubbing is a manifestation linked to the behavior of addiction to new technologies that consists of ignoring other people for the use of the mobile phone or the internet, making social interaction with others difficult. Once these dysfunctional behaviors have been established in the student, it is necessary to find educational spaces where they can be detected and oriented. The university tutoring is an ideal setting to address some negative manifestations of phubbing, a fact that would mean academic, personal, social and future benefits for university students. The objective of this article is to identify aspects that can be accompanied by tutorials in the use of new technologies for students in university education and artistic education.
